Brad Bush

Brad began his financial services career in 1985 when his father, Leighton Bush, advised him that a “Financial Planning” career path might be a great way to join the family business, Bush Insurance & Financial Services. Bryan Brinks
Financial Advisor
Bryan started his career in Finance and IT, which included working for Arthur Andersen and PricewaterhouseCoopers as an IT Auditor/Consultant and later as the co-founder of SSB, a sports data management company. Bryan and his business partners sold SSB to a private equity firm in 2018. He remained with the company until early 2023 when the company was rebranded Affinaquest.
Bryan’s career path for the past 30+ years has given me a good foundation to become a Financial Advisor. This included working with 401(k) providers, accounting firms, health insurance companies. He also worked with private equity investors on both buying and selling businesses.
Bryan became interested in being a Financial Advisor through his father Larry Brinks. Proactively managing finances has been an interest of his for over two decades. As he will say, “I guess it just rubbed off on me from my father”. These concepts have helped his family tremendously throughout the years. He decided in late 2022 to pursue the profession full-time after discussions with Brad Bush, who worked with Larry Brinks and had been Bryan and his wife’s advisor for over a decade.
Bryan holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and is licensed in Life and Health Insurance.
Bryan attended Purdue University and received a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance. He is married to Jennifer Brinks and they have three children: Adam, Alex, and Emily. Bryan and his family moved from Denver, CO to Nashville, TN in 2013 where they currently reside. Bryan enjoys golf, going to the Florida Panhandle beaches, and skiing out West in his free time.
